Murdered

On August 2, 2024, 17-year-old Kenny Houff was fatally shot in East Oakland, California. The incident occurred just after 6 p.m. on Garfield Avenue, where Oakland police officers responded to a ShotSpotter alert and found Kenny suffering from a gunshot wound; he was pronounced dead at the scene.
