Carvell Larry Jones

In the spring of 2015, a period marked by a troubling increase in violence in Baltimore, 44-year-old Carvell Larry Jones, a Black male, became another victim of the city's escalating homicide rate. On the evening of April 21st, Jones was found shot on the 1500 block of Hilton Street.
