On September 22, 2024, 20-year-old Joshua Wayne Brown was fatally shot in Sacramento, California. The incident occurred shortly after 2 a.m. on the 2400 block of Seamist Drive in the South Natomas area, during activities associated with illegal sideshows—unauthorized car stunt gatherings that have become increasingly prevalent in the region.
