Luis Diaz-Cervantes, a 21-year-old resident of Sacramento, California, tragically lost his life on October 27, 2018. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning when Sacramento police officers responded to reports of a shooting on the 2000 block of West El Camino Avenue.
