Jose Rodriguez, a 19-year-old resident of Sacramento, California, was tragically found shot to death on March 22, 2015. The incident occurred around 8:40 p.m. in the 7600 block of Southbreeze Drive. Multiple residents reported hearing gunshots, prompting a swift response from the Sacramento County Sheriff's Department.
