Enrique Arnulfo Jardon, a 30-year-old resident of Sacramento, California, was found dead on November 5, 2020. His body was discovered during a welfare check on Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard. Jardon was found unresponsive with an undetermined injury to his upper body. Upon further investigation, it was revealed that he had been shot.
