Andrew Williams, a 22-year-old resident of Sacramento, California, tragically lost his life on November 13, 2016. Born on November 28, 1993, in Mt. Shasta, CA, Andrew, affectionately known as Drew, moved to Sacramento at the age of three. He was a beloved member of his community, remembered for his infectious laughter and "cheesy" smile. Drew was an honor roll student at Inderkum High School, where he participated in the school drumline and wrestling team, and was an avid skateboarder.
