Ghulam Rabani Ayobi, aged 53, was tragically shot to death on December 18, 2011, in Sacramento, California. The incident occurred while he was driving home with his wife, Shajia Ayobi, from a dinner party in the Natomas area. Initially, Shajia Ayobi reported to the police that they were victims of a carjacking, during which her husband was fatally shot. However, this narrative quickly unraveled as investigators found no evidence to support the carjacking claim.
