Floyd Allen, an 18-year-old from Sacramento, California, tragically lost his life on November 3, 2019. The incident occurred in North Sacramento, where police responded to a shooting near Northgate Boulevard and Wisconsin Avenue around 7:21 p.m. Upon arrival, officers found two victims suffering from gunshot wounds. Floyd Allen was pronounced dead at the scene, while the other victim, Tyreke Robinson, 20, succumbed to his injuries later at the hospital.
