Isaac Glover Winslow Rudulph, a 37-year-old Black male, was shot in the early morning hours of July 24, 2025, in the south Natomas area of north Sacramento. Police were called just after 3:30 a.m. to the 2000 block of West El Camino Avenue, where officers found him with at least one gunshot wound. He was taken to a nearby hospital but died from his injuries. Days later, the county coroner publicly identified him by his full name and age.
