Joseph "Jojo" Valadez, a 20-year-old resident of Sacramento, California, tragically lost his life on April 22, 2021. On that fateful night, Jojo was out celebrating a friend's birthday at Costanza's Sports Bar in Midtown Sacramento. The celebration turned into a nightmare when an unexpected and random act of violence occurred.
