Sean Bernal, a 27-year-old security guard, tragically lost his life on August 22, 2022, while on duty at Capitol Casino in Sacramento, California. On that fateful day, Dawan Pecot attempted to rob the casino. Bernal, who was working security, confronted Pecot and escorted him outside at taser point.
