On January 26, 2023, Angela Danielle Young, a 48-year-old resident of Chattanooga, Tennessee, was found deceased in her home at 605 Merriam Street. Responding to a call about an unconscious person, Chattanooga Police officers discovered Ms. Young lying on her bed with a gunshot wound to the back of her head. There were no signs of a struggle at the scene.
