In the early hours of January 7, 2015, in Chattanooga, Tennessee, the life of 20-year-old Talitha Bowman was tragically cut short. She was fatally shot in a burst of gunfire that erupted at approximately 1 a.m. at the College Hill Courts apartment complex on West Main Street.
