Carly Juliene Ellis, a 19-year-old female of Caucasian ethnicity from Chattanooga, Tennessee, tragically passed away on March 15, 2016. Carly was a vibrant and outgoing young woman who loved dancing, playing the piano, and spending time with her family and friends. She was a student at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and a member of the Sigma Kappa Theta Phi Chapter Sorority.
