Toran Sharhee Madding Jr., a 25-year-old African American male from Chattanooga, TN, tragically passed away on August 7, 2020, after being shot multiple times in a drive-by shooting. He was walking with his girlfriend and their dog when a dark Ford Explorer nearly hit the dog. Madding confronted the vehicle, and a verbal dispute ensued. The vehicle circled back, and shots were fired, hitting Madding. He was rushed to a local hospital but succumbed to his injuries.
