In the late summer of 2024, the life of 33-year-old Brooke Taylor Killings Williams, a White/Caucasian female and a decorated U.S. Army veteran from Chattanooga, Tennessee, was tragically cut short. A mother of three, Williams was last seen alive on the evening of August 17, 2024, leaving a local billiards hall with her 29-year-old boyfriend, Demarcus Keontae Napier. This would be the last time she was seen by friends.
