In the spring of 2023, the life of Ashley Coyne, a White female, was tragically cut short in Chattanooga, Tennessee. On the evening of April 16th, an argument erupted near a homeless camp on Peeples Street. The dispute involved a man who was an acquaintance of 39-year-old Reginald Jamel Holland. As the altercation escalated, the man and Ashley Coyne attempted to leave the scene in a vehicle.
