In the quiet of a Sunday evening in Nashville, Tennessee, the life of Linda Williams, a 61-year-old female, was tragically cut short. On February 19, 2023, what began as a normal night in her apartment in the James Cayce Homes ended in unforeseen violence. A single bullet, fired from outside, penetrated the walls of her home and struck her. The gunfire erupted around 10 p.m. from the direction of a nearby apartment on South 6th Street.
