In the early morning hours of October 9, 2023, the quiet of Skyline Drive in Cookeville, Tennessee, was broken by what appeared to be a single-vehicle accident. First responders arriving at the scene, however, discovered a more grim reality. Inside the crashed vehicle was 55-year-old Rodney Lee Morgan, a local man, who was found to be deceased.
