Brent Bogle, 30, a White man from the Cookeville area, was pulled into a sudden, violent chain of events on the morning of August 1, 2022, when the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office received a call around 10:30 a.m. that someone had been shot. Deputies rushed to a home on Dyer Long Road in the western part of Putnam County and found Bogle inside with multiple gunshot wounds.
