Death by Force

On October 28, 2023, the body of 18-year-old Magdiel Eduardo Robleto Jimenez was discovered along the southbound lane of Interstate 55 near Hernando, Mississippi. He had sustained multiple gunshot wounds to the head. The DeSoto County Sheriff's Department responded to the scene around 11:30 a.m., temporarily closing the southbound lanes south of Slocum Road to conduct their investigation.
