Demetrius Robinson, a 17-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on September 3, 2020, in Memphis, Tennessee. Robinson was a senior at Whitehaven High School and a defensive end on the school's football team. He was shot and killed at a Marathon gas station in South Memphis while on his way to a football conditioning session after finishing virtual learning for the day.
The Memphis Police Department launched an investigation into Robinson's death, but as of now, no arrest
