On January 16, 2023, at approximately 7:40 p.m., 46-year-old Philadelphia resident Lamont Butts and his wife were en route to an ATM when they inadvertently drove into an active shooting scene near the 6400 block of Akron Street in the city's Oxford Circle neighborhood.
