On May 28, 2023, 35-year-old Philadelphia resident Jessie Keller was fatally shot on the 5700 block of Springfield Avenue. At approximately 6:18 p.m., Philadelphia Police officers observed a blue Nissan Altima speeding eastbound on Chester Avenue at 60th Street, disregarding red lights.
