On May 6, 2023, at approximately 5:35 p.m., Philadelphia police responded to reports of gunfire in the 6700 block of Torresdale Avenue in the Tacony neighborhood. Upon arrival, officers discovered 44-year-old Juan Salcedo-Collazo with a fatal gunshot wound to the head; he was pronounced dead at the scene at 5:44 p.m. Another victim, 42-year-old Arthur Spiller, sustained a gunshot wound to the right abdomen and was transported to Jefferson-Torresdale Hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries a ...Read More
