In the winter of 2018, a young man's life was tragically cut short in Philadelphia. William Elliot, a 25-year-old male, was fatally wounded on the evening of January 27th. Police officers from the 22nd District and Temple University responded to a call on North Gratz Street where they discovered Elliot with a stab wound to his chest. He was rushed to Temple University Hospital, but the injury proved to be too severe, and he succumbed to his wound later that night. A subsequent medical examinatio ...
