William Elliot, a 36-year-old Black male, was tragically killed on December 7, 2020, in Philadelphia, PA. He was found inside a silver Chrysler 200 on North Smedley Street, having been shot multiple times. Despite the efforts of the Philadelphia Police Department to rush him to Temple University Hospital, he succumbed to his injuries that night.
