Dwight Brown, a 48-year-old resident of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, was fatally shot on June 10, 2023. The incident occurred around 1:24 a.m. on the 4400 block of Oakmont Street in the city's Holmesburg neighborhood. Philadelphia Police officers responding to the scene found Brown suffering from a gunshot wound. He was transported to Jefferson-Torresdale Hospital, where, despite medical efforts, he succumbed to his injuries later that morning.
