On June 17, 2023, Pennsylvania State Trooper Jacques F. "Jay" Rougeau Jr., 29, of Mifflintown, PA, was tragically killed in the line of duty. Born on September 7, 1993, in San Diego, California, he was the son of Angela (Hunt) Gervasio and her husband Carlo of Millcreek, PA.
