James Ponzo, a 73-year-old man from McKeesport, PA, tragically lost his life on November 4, 2015. He was driving near the Crawford Village housing complex when he was caught in an apparent crossfire. A bullet struck him in the head, causing him to crash his car into another vehicle on Fifth Avenue. Ponzo, who was of Italian ethnicity, was known for his active involvement in his church, Queen of the Rosary, where he served as a Eucharistic minister and often volunteered at events.
