Michael Welsh, a 27-year-old man from McKeesport, PA, tragically died on September 19, 2015. Welsh was involved in a love triangle with James Husok's estranged wife, Heather Guerra. On the morning of his death, Welsh was shot in the neck by Husok in Baker Alley, McKeesport. Husok claimed he acted in self-defense, but the prosecution argued that he had left his home to seek out Welsh, who was not doing anything illegal or threatening.
