On September 2, 2009, Kymeen Damone Bennett, a 23-year-old Black / African American man, was tragically killed in Chester, Pennsylvania. Bennett was outside in the 3100 block of West 10th Street, engaged in a conversation with another man, when they were suddenly caught in a barrage of bullets from multiple firearms.
