In the summer of 1987, the life of Mark Lammons, a 26-year-old male, was tragically cut short on the streets of Chester, Pennsylvania. On the night of July 22nd, Lammons was in the city's West End when he was fatally shot. The incident, which unfolded at the corner of Third and Ward streets, stemmed from what was described as a minor street argument that escalated with deadly consequences.
