In the spring of 2006, the life of Steven Franklin Williams, a 36-year-old African American man from Chester, Pennsylvania, was tragically cut short. On April 17, 2006, Williams was found deceased under circumstances that immediately pointed towards a violent end. The cause of his death was determined to be gun violence.
