On October 16, 2011, Dwayne Smith, a 34-year-old man from Chester, Pennsylvania, was tragically shot and killed on the sidewalk of the 700 block of East 10th Street near the intersection of Hyatt Street. The incident occurred early Sunday morning, and Smith was found dead at the scene.

The investigation into Smith's death led to the arrest and conviction of Tyreek Wilson, a 26-year-old man from Chester. Wilson was charged with first-degree murder and possessing an instrument of crime. Du ...
