In the early hours of a Saturday morning in Chester, Pennsylvania, the life of 18-year-old James Cornelius Williams Jr. was tragically cut short. On March 6, 2021, police responded to a call on the 800 block of West 6th Street shortly after 8:30 a.m. There, they discovered the young man deceased inside a black Lincoln MKZ.
