James Cornelius Williams, a 19-year-old male from Chester, Pennsylvania, tragically lost his life on March 6, 2021. He was found dead inside a black Lincoln MKZ with multiple gunshot wounds. The vehicle had crashed into the steps of a building at 800-802 West 6th Street. This incident was part of a pair of homicides that Chester police were investigating over that weekend.
