Michael T. Shockley, a young man from Chester, Pennsylvania, was taken from this world far too soon at just 23 years old. Born on July 25, 1983, Michael was a son, a friend, and a cherished member of his community. His life, filled with promise and potential, was tragically cut short on October 7, 2006, when he became a victim of gun violence.
