Juan Anthony Queen Jr., a 20-year-old male of African American ethnicity from Chester, PA, tragically lost his life on June 17, 2014. He was fatally shot in the first block of Mowry Street, marking the 15th homicide in Chester that year. The incident occurred late at night, and Juan was pronounced dead at the scene.
