Arkeim S. Norwood, a 20-year-old male from Chester, PA, tragically passed away on September 15, 2012, at Crozer Chester Medical Center in Upland Borough, PA. He succumbed to multiple gunshot wounds, as confirmed by the medical examiner. The incident occurred on West Parkway Avenue in Chester, where Norwood was fatally shot.
