In the winter of 2011, the life of 39-year-old Eddie Lockhart, a Black male, was tragically cut short. On December 16, 2011, his body was discovered in a lot in Chester, Pennsylvania. The investigation into his death would reveal that he had been a victim of gun violence. At the time of his death, Lockhart was a resident of New Castle, Delaware, and the owner of Justyce Barber Shop in Wilmington. Originally from St. Croix in the U.S. Virgin Islands, he was a husband and father.
