In the early morning hours of March 12, 2024, the quiet town of Norway, South Carolina, was disturbed by a grim discovery. A passing motorist noticed a navy blue Dodge Charger stopped in the middle of the road at the intersection of Highways 321 and 400, curiously close to the Norway Police Department. The vehicle was riddled with bullet holes, a clear sign of a violent encounter. Inside, authorities found 21-year-old Semion Sadadrian Lamar, a male resident of Allendale, unresponsive.
