David Colon Jr., a 22-year-old male of Hispanic ethnicity, tragically lost his life on August 19, 2013, in Chester, Pennsylvania. He was one of three individuals who were fatally shot during a rash of shootings that occurred overnight in Chester. The incident also left one person injured and another wounded.
