Dwayne Briscoe Jr., a 16-year-old African American male from Chester, PA, tragically lost his life on March 2, 2020. Known affectionately as "Nukies" or "Wop Wop," Dwayne was a tenth-grade student at Chester High School who was full of life and ambition. He was shot multiple times, including in the head and chest, outside in the 2600 block of McCarey Street in Chester. The incident occurred just before 12:14 p.m., and Dwayne was pronounced dead at Crozer-Chester Medical Center.
