Patrick J. Cassidy, a 26-year-old male of Caucasian ethnicity, tragically lost his life on December 14, 1994, in Chester, Pennsylvania. Cassidy was shot to death after being robbed by a 16-year-old boy while sitting in his car. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning when Cassidy, intending to purchase cocaine, drove to the William Penn Housing Project in Chester.
