In the early morning hours of December 14, 1994, a tragic event unfolded in Chester, Pennsylvania, that cut short the life of Patrick J. Cassidy. A 26-year-old Caucasian male, Cassidy found himself in the William Penn Housing Project with the intention of buying cocaine. It was there that his path fatefully crossed with that of a 16-year-old boy, setting in motion a chain of events that would end in violence.
