Omar Metts, a 27-year-old man from Chester, PA, was tragically shot and killed on January 19, 2008. He had been recently released from prison after serving time for the 1999 death of a gang-wannabe. The incident occurred near his family's home early on a Saturday morning.

Following Omar Metts' death, police launched an investigation to find his killer. During their search, they also sought Omar's brother, Saleem Metts, who was wanted on charges of attempted homicide and sexual assault. T ...
