Islam Ibn Shabazz

Islam Ibn Shabazz, a 17-year-old Black / African American male from Chester, Pennsylvania, was killed in the early morning hours of December 4, 1998, after gunfire broke out in the city’s West End. Online newspaper reporting identified him as Islam I. Shabazz, of the 900 block of Glenn Terrace. He was taken to Crozer-Chester Medical Center, where he died from a gunshot wound to the chest.
