On January 25, 2023, at approximately 11:44 a.m., Chester Police responded to a report of a suspicious male behind a residence on the 1000 block of Baldwin Street in Chester, Pennsylvania. Upon arrival, officers discovered 18-year-old Mekhi J. Harrison unresponsive, suffering from a gunshot wound to the chest. Tragically, Harrison was pronounced dead at the scene.
