Julian Wesley Alexander DeShields, an 18-year-old male from Chester, PA, tragically lost his life on December 23, 2017. He was found shot multiple times in the back on Clover Lane, lying in the middle of the street. Paramedics pronounced him dead at the scene. The Chester Police Department launched an investigation into his death, which was recorded as the city's 28th homicide of the year.
