Leon L. Culbreath Jr., a 32-year-old male of African American ethnicity, tragically lost his life on August 3, 2022, in Chester, Pennsylvania. Culbreath was fatally shot in the area of Edgmont Avenue, Chester, after a confrontation with 26-year-old Dahmier E. Harmon.
