On an early August evening in Chester, Pennsylvania, the life of 32-year-old Leon L. Culbreath Jr. was tragically cut short. On August 3, 2022, he was fatally shot in the 2100 block of Edgmont Avenue, succumbing to the violence that erupted that day. The male victim's death set in motion a multi-state investigation to bring the person responsible to justice.
