Peter Parker, a male of unspecified ethnicity, tragically died on November 6, 1948, in Chester, Pennsylvania, at the age of 40. His death was a result of a mass shooting carried out by Melvin Collins, also known as "Bad Boy," who was a 38-year-old African American man from Exmore, Virginia. Collins had a history of violence and had been imprisoned twice for shootings before the incident.
